After you notify us that you would like to have one or more donQi Urban Windmills to be installed on or in front of your building, we will take over.
If applicable, a building permit can be submitted without hassle.
With our in-house knowledge and experience the installation of our windmills will be realized with all convenience. As far as a building permit is required, we have contracted an external party with years of experience in performing this application. Once it is submitted, you will be informed of the progress. Of course, we assume a positive result of the application.
Efficient and quick construction calculations
Another process is the site survey, which reveals where and how the donQi Urban Windmill(s) will be placed on your building. This process is performed fast and simple by one of our relations. After an appointment is made with you directly a site survey is performed. The results will be reported back to you and donQi. The report contains construction calculations and a drawing of the assembly. Our proposal will includes these items as well.
Delivery and installation
After your order is confirmed to us according to our proposal, your donQi Urban Windmill(s) will be reserved in our production process. We would like to ask you to take into account a delivery time of 6 weeks.
If you have chosen to color and sticker your donQi Urban Windmill(s), we will send you a form with a template in which you can specify how and where the stickers and color(s)codes should be used. The stickers and colors will be applied during the delivery period of 6 weeks, provided of course that the templates dealt with are immediately returned.
Up to 2 weeks in advance you will be contacted by telephone for an appointment to schedule a day of installation that suits you. Transport, crane and installation will be provided by donQi and the full installation according to the proposal is handled in one day. After that, you are the proud owner of your own donQi Urban Windmill(s)!
