	Nationaal Lucht- en Ruimtevaart Laboratorium NLR is the Dutch organization for the identification, development and application of leading technological knowledge in the field of aerospace. The activities of NLR are socially responsible, market oriented and have a non-profit intention. This way NLR reinforces the innovative and competitive character of the government and promotes the innovative strength and competitiveness of businesses. Scientists and engineers of the NLR develop new technologies, which not only encompass scientific research but also its application in industry and government. donQi Urban Windmill is developed in collaboration with NLR.
	TU Delft The Delft University of Technology collaborates with other educational and research institutions in the Netherlands and abroad and is known for its high standard of research and education. TUDelft has numerous contacts with governments, trade associations, consultancies, industry and SMEs. donQi Urban Windmill is developed in cooperation with the section Wind Energy, Faculty of Aerospace Engineering.

Roteb hosts the assembly of the donQi Urban Windmill.
	RCI HeThe Rotterdam Climate Initiative (RCI) is an ambitious climate program in which four parties with Ruud Lubbers as ambassador, entered into a unique partnership: the municipality of Rotterdam, Port of Rotterdam, DCMR Environmental Protection Agency and Deltalinqs. The objective of the RCI is the most ambitious of the Netherlands: fifty percent less CO2 in 2025 compared to 1990, preparing for climate change and strengthening the economy of Rotterdam. The Rotterdam Climate Initiative offers a platform where government, organizations, businesses and residents work together to halve CO2 emissions and strengthen the economy in the Rotterdam region.
